Clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. I asked about the type of dates at reception which was given to welcome guests. I was then surprised by a complimentary dish of dates and coffee to my room which was a really nice touch. Thank you.

Great breakfast with good variety. It comes to the room. Staff were friendly. Internet is fast.

Air didn't feel clean in the room. Bathroom sink was clogged. Had to wait for the water to go down. The lighting arrangement is a bit weird. Since breakfast comes to the room, it is better to order it in advance to avoid extra delay.

Besides check in bad experience overall hotel is good

Hotel is new and really clean and nice and well maintained. My room had everything needed, honestly it was even too big for me, but due to the fact whole Jeddah was overbooked it was only option.

I arrived to the hotel at 4 pm and my room was not ready still! I was super late to go to F1 I had to make decision 4:30 to go in uncleaned room to take a shower to make it in on time to F1! This was one of the worst check in experience of my life

Central Position in Jeddah City The hotel will be great, I am sure, but it is still under construction The room is big enough and clean Staff's courtesy, although I think they are also in a "start up" phase

Imagine to look to Booking and book a hotel beacuse (among the other services) there is restaurant. Imagine to arrive and think "let's see how the restaurant is". Get into the elevator and push the button for 10th floor, where is indicated "restaurant" Imagine you arrive at 10th floor and you find a construction yard. Not a restaurant. Really the beginning of the construction of a building. I am not sure they did well to open so fast before they were ready. Apart the above mentioned experience: - Breakfast in the room, which could be ok if you like (I don't, but it is subjective) but anyway not if you call me 3 times to know what I want - Check out at 1.00 P.M., which is great, if you don't call me twice to ask me "when do you check out"? - Pick up from the airport. Minor issue, but if I ask you before coming a pick up, you should arrange. That's the first time in my life that a hotel tells me "no, we can't" ... usually they can't wait because they can charge the customer! - No refrigerator in the room - Minor issue: always better to have a big bed instead two smalls, especially if you are alone - Gym indicates in the site, but not existing so far

it was ok if I did not go through the hassle of dealing with lies and false promises.

The hotel is new and you can tell it is very clean and harsly used. the location is also great.

The room has no sound isolation, we can clearly hear the other rooms chat theough the ventilation. It was so loud, it will wake you up at night if they crack a high pitch laughter ( happened twice). Also, the staff were a bit rude, giving promises everytime that my reservation was secured then the next day they ask me to leave. They did not have to lie or give false promises if they cannot provide an extended stay, they can simply deny and I would have arranged something different. but to calm me after guaranteeing thet my stay is booked and ask me to leave is beyond absurd.

2 room appartment is worthless

3 toilets in apartment with 2 rooms out side rooms which is shocking in their design. Also, I had to wait for more than 20 min to get my stuff from the car to room. need more staff at hotel. I left hotel at 7 am asking them to clean the room, at 4 pm I came and not cleaned, I had to ask again and when I came at 9 pm they cleaned and took the towels.
